Explore the Besakih temple also known as Mother temple, which is the largest and most important place of worship in the island of Bali. Drive to the east coast through the villages of Selat and Putung and enjoy the spectacular scenery along the way. Another important tourist landmark in Bali is the Tihingan village, where Balinese musical instruments are produced as part of the Indonesian home industry. With beautiful Hindu temples, picturesque landscapes and traditional villages, your Indonesian excursion will be a time to remember. Itinerary

You will be picked up in an air conditioned coach at 0800h from your hotel in Bali and taken on a private guided tour around Bali. You will visit the following places: • Kehen temple with its enormous Banyan tree entrance. The temple is dedicated to Shiva. • Besakih Temple . It is known as the Mother temple, the largest temple in Bali and the most important place of worship in the island. Stop for traditional lunch at a local restaurant (cost not included) and enjoy the cool mountain breeze with fabulous rice terrace and Agung Mountain views. • Drive to east coast through villages of Selat and Putung and enjoy the spectacular scenery. • Stop at Tihingan Village to see the production of Gamelan ‘Balinese music’ home industry. • Proceed to Bali Aga , an original Balinese village famous for its Cloth of Power and Throne Battles. On your way back make a short stop at the shore to see traditional salt processing. You will be transferred back to you hotel in Bali.
