	On your trip to the island of Bali in Indonesia, spend the day learning about the exotic local cuisine. Walk through the local vegetable market as you pick up ingredients for your cooking lesson and spend the day learning to cook authentic Balinese dishes. This activity is recommended for everyone who likes to cook and try new cuisines. An instructor will personally supervise each participant’s work as he/she takes you, step by step, through the paces of producing a delicious dish. Return with wonderful recipes and relive the memories of your Balinese excursion every time you cook them! Location : Bali Schedule : Start time: Class I from 0530h / 5.30 am, Duration: 10 hours Class II from 0745h / 7.45 am, Duration: 7 hours Available Days / Dates : Daily Pickup : Your hotel in Nusa Dua, Tanjung or Jimbaran. Itinerary

This tour has two options: Class I (with visit to the traditional market) and Class II (without visit to the traditional market). For Class I, you will be picked up at 0530h in a car from your hotel in Nusa Dua, Tanjung or Jimbaran in Bali and taken to the cooking class venue. Enjoy a tour of the local market (open on Monday, Wednesday and Friday) and purchase ingredients required for the day’s class. After a hearty Balinese breakfast, your cooking class commences. Spend the morning in a specially designed kitchen preparing and grinding spices for a minimum of 25 recipes. At the end of your class, you will be handed out a certificate. After the class, you will be transferred back to your hotel in Nusa Dua, Tanjung or Jimbaran in Bali at around 1500h. For Class II, you will be picked up at 0745h in a car from your hotel in Nusa Dua, Tanjung or Jimbaran and taken to the cooking class venue. Return time for Class II is the same as Class I.

The classes are limited to 12 participants so that everyone receives personal attention in the step-by-step preparation of the dishes.
